If these issues or concerns are not being addressed or resolved to your satisfaction within five (5) business days from date reported, you may lodge a complaint without reprisal or unreasonable interruption of services with our Service Coordinator by calling (561) 801-6013 or by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
