The Grievance Process is designed to express concerns regarding the quality of home care services received and any violation of your rights by call  (561) 739-3270 or completing the Complaint Form .

If these issues or concerns are not being addressed or resolved to your satisfaction within five (5) business days from date reported, you may lodge a complaint without reprisal or unreasonable interruption of services with our Service Coordinator by calling (561) 801-6013 or by sending an e-mail  to: info@tropicshomecare.com

If we still cannot resolve these issues or concerns and you wish to file an official complaint with the state, you may do so by calling the Florida State Agency for Health Care Administration toll free number at  (888) 419-3456 or in writing via US Mail:
