HOW QUICKLY CAN SERVICES BE PROVIDED?

In most cases, services can be provided within 48 Hours. 


WHAT ARE YOUR SERVICE AREAS?

We service Broward and Palm Beach Counties. 


DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES IN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES?

Yes! We do provide services for individuals in assisted living facilities,  rehabilitation facilities , nursing homes, hospitals, private homes or even while you’re on vacation. 


HOW MANY HOURS DO I NEED?

Services  are tailored to fit your needs. Service hours range from 4 hours to around-the-clock. 


WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 24 HOUR SERVICES AND LIVE-IN SERVICE?

24 hour service is for individuals that require around the clock supervision. It is an hourly service and requires two or more caregivers per day  to ensure caregivers are alert and awake at all times.

 Live-in caregivers are required to live in your home on a daily or weekly basis. They should be able to get  a minimum 4-5 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night.


DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Yes! We do accept most major insurance companies. We do not accept Medicaid/Medicare. 

(long term care insurance claims are subject to approval. Claim approval will be based on your insurance policy's specific language)


WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Under the fair Labor standard act (FLSA) independent contractors performing direct care services are entitled by law, a minimum of $ 8.50 USD per hour for all hours worked and a rate of one and one-half his or her regular rate of pay, for all hours worked over 40 hours in a work week. Service rates are reasonable and competitive and are based on the type of services required. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE  DO YOU PROVIDE?

We offer non-medical, in-home care services through referrals. Services are designed to assist the elderly, the disabled,  and new and expectant parents. These services are daily living activities provided in the privacy and security of your home.


ARE CAREGIVERS SCREENED?

Our caregivers are well trained, experienced, licensed, insured, bonded, and medically cleared.  All caregivers are background screened according to Florida State law and in compliance with  Administration of Heath Care Administration (AHCA)


WHAT IF I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH CAREGIVER?

Personality conflict may arise. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your caregiver, please call the service coordinator at (561) 801-6013. We will replace him or her, on your behalf, until you have a perfect match.
